Edit a Support Page

As a Client Admin, you can edit existing support pages; however, you can't create new pages or delete existing pages from the Support Center.

To edit a support page

  1. On the upper right, click the support center icon Support Center icon. The Support Center page opens.

  2. Locate the page you want to edit and click it. The page opens in edit mode.

  3. Enter or update this information.

    Description

    Title

    Main reason or purpose of the page; the name of any corresponding links for the page

    Order

    Position in which this page appears in the list of support center pages

    Active

    Determines whether the page is currently visible in the solution

    Tabs

    Determines where the page or its links are visible. These are the options.

    • Log-in Message: The text in the Content field is visible above the login button on the solution’s login page.

    • Show In Support Center: The page is visible on the Support Center page.

    • Log-in Links: The page's link is visible on the upper right of the login page.

    Textual content displayed on the page

  4. Click Save.
