Configurations Reference

The following configuration settings are available to CORES RMS Client Admins. Most configuration settings show a status of either Active or Retired to specify if it is currently in use in the system.

Refer to Configurations for more information on modifying, exporting, or adding new configuration fields.

Missions

Location Type

A list of current mission location types and their status; for example, Home/Resident or Health Care Facility.

Mission Location

A list of specific mission locations and their status; for example, Red Cross or Emergency Center A.

  • Address, City, State/Region, County, Zip

Mission Position

A list of mission positions and their status; for example, Dentist or Nurse. These are the positions that volunteers can qualify for and select to volunteer for when volunteering for missions.

When creating or editing a mission position, multiple occupation groups and occupations can be selected for the position.

Mission Type A list of mission types and their status; for example Federal/National or State. These can be set to specify which admin types have mission access control.

Occupations
Hospital A list of all entered hospitals and their status.

Skills and Trainings
Language A list of entered languages and their status; for example, English or Spanish.

Language Fluency A list of language fluency levels and their status; for example, Conversational or Fluent.

Skill A list of entered skills and their status; for example, First Aid or Data Entry.

Training A list of entered training types and their status; for example, Advanced Disaster Life Support or Community Emergency Response Training. These are trainings that you might request volunteers to submit certifications to prove.
