View Reports and Report Data
As an administrator, you can view, filter, and sort reports on the Reports page, as well as report data for individual reports.
Reports
Navigate to the Reports page by clicking Reports on the main menu, then perform any of these actions:
At the top of the page, select a filter type from the search menu then enter a search term or criteria. You can filter the search by:

All
-
Name
-
Data Source
-
Tags
-
Author
Example To find a Missions Report, select the Name search filter and enter "missions" in the search box to see only reports with "missions" in the report name.
You can further filter the search results by using the filter buttons to the right of the search bar. These buttons filter the results by All,
Favorites,
My Items, and
Shared with Me.
On the table, click the filter button
next to the Tags column header.
Click any of the table column headers to sort the reports by that column.
Report Data
On the Reports page, click any of the reports in the table. The report data page opens, where you can perform any of these actions:
At the top of the page, enter the search term in the search box.
You can also filter the search or overall report data. To do this:

Click the filter button
anywhere it appears on the page. It is located:-
To the left of the report name on the report data page.

On the upper left of the report data table.

In the more actions
menu.

Click Add Filter in the filter dialog.

Select the filter attributes. Selecting an attribute displays the attribute values.

Select the attribute values.

Click Continue. The filters are shown on the main filter dialog screen.

Click Apply.
Example To find the report data from a specific user in the Missions Report, open the report and then click the filter button
. For the filter attribute, select Contact Name and for the filter value select "Demo User 2". After applying the filter, the report data in the table is filtered to show only data from Demo User 2.

After setting up a new filter or by selecting from the filters already displayed in the dialog, click Save Filters in the filter dialog. The Save Filter Set dialog opens.

Enter a name and description for the filter set. The fields have a 255 character limit.

Enable the Share Filter Set toggle if you want to share the filter set with other users.

Click Apply.
To remove filters from the report data table:

Click the active filter button

Click the remove filter button
next to any or all of the filters you want to remove. -
Click Apply.
