Share an Incident

Incident sharing is performed in Juvare Exchange (JX) in WebEOC Nexus 10.12 and later.

If you share an incident-dependent board, you must also share the associated incident for the organization to be able to access the board's data.

You can share an incident on the Networks page or on the Data Management tab.

To share an incident on the Networks page

1. In the main menu, click the JX Networks icon . The Networks page opens.

2. Click the row containing the network that has the incident to share. The networks details page opens.

3. Click the Shared Incidents tab.

4. Click Share an Incident. The Share an Incident to Network Name page opens.

5. In the Incident drop-down list, select the incident to share.

6. Click Share.

To share an incident with additional networks on the Data Management tab

1. In the main menu, click the JX Networks icon . The Networks page opens.

2. Click the Data Management tab and select Shared Incidents.

3. Locate the incident to share.

4. Click the more icon on the row and select Share with Another Network.
