Delete a User Account

As an administrator, you can delete a user's account. Deleting a user account removes the user from the Positions Manager.

The WebEOC Nexus Administrator account cannot be deleted from the system.

To delete a user account

  1. Access the Admin View.

  2. In the main menu, click the accounts icon Accounts Icon. The Accounts page opens.

  3. On the Users tab, click the trash can icon associated with the user account you want to delete.

    You cannot delete the user account you are currently logged in to; you must first log out of WebEOC Nexus and log back in as a different user.

  4. When the confirmation window opens, click OK.
