Approve or Reject a Message Template
Message content must reflect the quality and business standards of your organization. Before you can send message templates to stakeholders for use, the message templates must go through an approval process.
To approve or reject a message template

On the main menu, click
Message Template. The Message Templates page opens. -
Click the Sent/Submitted tab, then click the template name link. The template details page opens.

Scroll down to the Message Preview pane, then select the message delivery methods you want to view: Email, SMS, MMS, Whatsapp.
Depending which message delivery methods were set up, you may not be able to preview all methods.

Click the method preview button in the upper right of the Message Preview pane.

Email Preview: Opens a dialog to show what the email will look like. -
MMS Preview: Opens a dialog allowing you to play the message audio.

Scroll down to the Comments pane, then add your comments to the comment here box. This may include feedback on what needs to change for the message template to be approved.

Click Comment to add your comments to the comment history.

Click Approve or Reject.
