Record Audio Messages

Audio messages can be used for voice notifications and can convey complex information that may be more difficult to convey with an AI-generated voice, like street names. You can record audio files of messages, responses, and instructions when you do these tasks.

• Create a Notification

• Create a Notification Template

To record audio messages, responses, and instructions

1. While creating a notification or template, click one of these options.

   • + Record Message

   • + Record Response

   • + Record Instruction

2. Click the record icon to begin recording.

3. Click the stop icon when you are finished recording.

4. Click Record Again to replace the existing audio file with a new recording.

5. Click Save to use the recording.

After you save an audio recording, you can do these actions.

• Click the record icon to create a new audio recording.

• Click the play icon to listen to audio recording.

• Click the delete icon to delete the recording.
