Reports

CORES HAN now provides enhanced reporting capabilities, making it easier for administrators to review organization Official entities, such as public health authorities, healthcare agencies, and corporations., account Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution. and notification An alert, update, advisory, information, drill, or test message that can be sent & received through delivery methods such as email, voice, text, fax, or inbox. information.

The reports are now available:

  1. List of Organizations with Member Counts: Provides organization information along with associated member counts.

  2. List of Accounts by Role: Provides account information organized by assigned roles.

  3. Notifications Usage: Provides information about notification usage.

Report access is enabled by default for applicable administrator roles. System Administrators, Client Administrators and Organization Administrators can access the Reports tab.

Additional report permissions can be configured for other roles as needed. Contact your CSM or the Juvare Support Center to request changes to report permissions.

To help ensure that reports reflect current and relevant information, the List of Organizations with Member Counts and List of Accounts by Role reports exclude archived and deleted organizations. These reports also exclude archived, deleted, and closed accounts from report results.

The List of Organizations with Member Counts report separates account membership totals into accepted and pending counts:

  • Number of Accepted Accounts includes active and inactive accounts whose organization membership status is Active.

  • Number of Pending Accounts includes active and inactive accounts whose organization membership status is Pending or Researching.

This provides a clearer view of how many accounts have an active organization membership and how many are still pending or being reviewed.
