View and Preview Badges

You can view or preview badge templates A reusable layout that defines the appearance and content of printed badges. or individual badges A printable ID that displays user information, such as name, occupation, and credentials. for specific accounts Used to track and manage users. Accounts differ from your profile, which is used to modify personal settings for using the solution..

  1. On the main menu, select Badges. The Badges page opens.

  2. Click the Template Library tab then click Preview for the specific template you want to view.

  3. Click Flip Badge to view the backside of the badge.

  4. Click Close when finished.

  2. On the Badge Management tab, locate the badge you want to view, and click the arrow button Right arrow icon. for the appropriate badge.

  3. Click the badge preview image corresponding to the account for which you want to view the badge.

  4. Click Flip Badge to view the backside of the badge.

  5. Click Close when finished.
