Crisis Track Damage Assessment Preparedness Checklist
Crisis Track is a cloud-based damage assessment solution designed to help emergency management teams prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. By maintaining critical infrastructure data, and pre-populating web and mobile damage assessment forms with accurate information, Crisis Track helps streamline operations and supports faster, more informed decision-making in the field.
To support ongoing preparedness, make sure your Crisis Track environment is configured with everything you need before an incident occurs. We’ve put together this Preparedness Checklist to help you facilitate a faster, smoother response to a wide range of emergency events.

Review your settings and data in Crisis Track and make sure everything is accurate and up to date. Notably, review the following modules on the Administrative Functions homepage:
Refer to the training video Crisis Track - Administrative Functions - EM in the Training Center for more information about these steps.
The training video linked above is specifically for the All Hazards Emergency Management product tier, but you can also find videos for the Damage Assessment and Disaster Management tiers on our Training Center. Note that some features may be unavailable depending on your product tier.
You may be prompted to log in to view some of the available Crisis Track videos. If this is the case, your Juvare product login does not grant access to the Juvare Training Center. To view the training videos, please create a separate account on the Juvare Training Center site.

Ensure your platform and modules are updated to the latest versions - and available in the event you're forced to work offline:
-
Check for outdated structure data: On the Administrative Functions homepage, open the Structures module. In the lower-right corner, the date of your most recent data refresh is displayed. If you need Juvare to update your structure data, contact your Client Success Manager (CSM). For more information about structures, see Structures Module or the Crisis Track - Administrative Functions - EM video in our Training Center.
-
Update the mobile app: Please ask your Crisis Track mobile users to update the mobile app to the most recent version.
-
Download offline maps and structures: Please ask your Crisis Track mobile users to download offline versions of your maps and structures. This allows mobile users to continue viewing this data even if their phones lose signal. For more information, see Settings or the Mobile - Training - EM video in our Training Center (starting at the 11-minute mark).
For further support with Crisis Track, check out the Crisis Track section of the Training Center.
