List View Settings Component Nexus Component Styling
This component is not available as a Classic Styling component and can only be used if you select the Use Nexus Component Styling checkbox when creating a view.
The List View Settings component allows you to configure settings for a List view.
The List View Settings component is supported in the List view and is found in the Toolbox section of the Components tray.
To configure List view settings

Click the component in the Toolbox section. The List View Settings dialog opens.

Complete the settings as indicated, then click Confirm.
Settings
The following settings are available.

Enable “Create New:” |
If selected, displays a Create New button that opens the view indicated in the Input View drop-down, allowing users to create a new record. If unselected, the List view is display only and does not allow new record creation. |

If selected, displays a button that allows the user to export their filter or search results in PDF format. |
Select the checkbox to display the option in the Search and Filter dialog. |

If selected, displays a button that allows the user to export their filter or search results in Excel format. |

Enable Comments |
If selected, displays a Comments button, which allows users to access a Comments panel. See Board Comments for a description of this feature. |
Select the checkbox to display the Comments button on the List view. See Add Share and Comments buttons in other views and versions for other places to add a comments button. Comments buttons are supported in WebEOC Nexus 10.18 and later. |
| Enable Share Button |
If selected, displays a Share button, which allows users to quickly generate and share direct URLs to WebEOC Nexus board views. See Share Board Links for a description of this feature. |

Input View |
Used if the Enable Create New checkbox is selected. |

Enable Search |

Selected Search Fields |
Select the checkbox next to each field in the board that stores data that can be searched. |

Add a Filter
To add a filter

Ensure the Enable Filters toggle is set to on.

Click the +.

In the Field Name drop-down, select the field on the board to filter on.

In the Display Label field, enter the label to display above the filter.

In the WebEOC List Name field, enter the name of the filter list that will populate the values in the filter drop-down.

In the Layout Breakpoint drop-down, select the screen width at which this filter moves to the overflow menu.

Turn the Searchable toggle to on to add a search field at the top of the filter so that users can search on filter options.

Click Confirm.
Add Share and Comments buttons in other views and versions
In the Classic version you can add a Share button to views using the App Bar.
In the WebEOC Nexus Styling version you can:

Actions Toolbar
The following actions are available when you select any component on the canvas in the Board Workspace when working with Nexus Component Styling.
