IT Incident Responders are responsible for fixing the underlying issue with the incident. IT Incident Responders receive notifications either as SMS, email, voice call, or push notifications.
Each IT Incident Responder must first be created as a contact in Juvare ARC, so that staff scheduling and contact details for incident-related notifications are available during broadcast.
If the organization is using Juvare ARC Workspaces, the contact will be generated as a workspace member for team communications and collaborations.
IT Incident Responders can view incident status, integration flows, alerts, analytics and can add respective incident notes.
