Create and Manage Copyright Settings
To manage or add new copyright settings, follow the instructions by expanding the headings below.

On the main menu, click
Settings. The Portal Settings page opens. -
Click the Resilience Settings tab, then click Copyright Settings on the left.

Click New Setting.

Enter the Setting Name.

Click Choose File to select the header logo image.

Enter the Header information, for example: "Organizational Communication on Monsoon Preparedness".

Enter the Footer information, for example: “This is a System Generated Message. Please do not reply.”.

Specify an active or inactive status.

Click Add.

On the main menu, click
Settings. The Portal Settings page opens. -
Click the Resilience Settings tab, then click Copyright Settings on the left.

Click the setting name link to view the settings details. If you need to edit any of the details:

Click back to the Copyright Settings page.

Click the Actions button next to the appropriate setting then select Edit from the menu.

Edit any of the setting fields then click Update.

On the main menu, click
Settings. The Portal Settings page opens. -
Click the Resilience Settings tab then click Copyright Settings on the left.

Click the setting name.

Click Actions then Delete from the menu.

Confirm the deletion.
Click the Actions button next to the appropriate setting then select Delete from the menu.
