6.0 Release Notes

These notes describe updates in the CORES RMS 6.0 release scheduled for May 8, 2024. More information is available through the help in your solution or by contacting the Juvare Support Center at +1 (877) 771-0911 or support@juvare.com.


New System Roles

  • Use the Contact role for people who need to receive notifications but don’t need access to the solution.

  • Use the Local Admin role for people who need to manage Regular User accounts within the organizations they administer. This role also grants access to the History page for organizations and groups.

Accounts

  • With the new Advanced Search option, you can search for accounts using a series of letters that form partial words and conditional filters.

  • Several new filters allow you to find accounts based on their system role, account status, group membership, credentials, and occupation status.

  • When you access the Accounts and Members pages for organizations and groups, only active accounts are listed by default.

  • On the Accounts and Members pages for organizations and groups, if you have the appropriate permissions, you can do these actions.

    • Click the row for an account to access the profile.

    • Use the Export All option to export all accounts.

    • Use the Notify All option to message all accounts.

  • On the Accounts page and the Members page for groups, if you’re a Client or Local Admin, you can add one, multiple, or all accounts to one or more organizations. Unless you filter or select accounts, all of them are added to the organizations.

  • With the appropriate permissions, administrators can now close accounts other than their own.

Notifications

  • On the main menu, a red dot displays next to Notifications when you have unread notifications.

With Publisher permissions, you can do these actions.

  • Click Send Notification on the homepage to create a notification using a refreshed and more accessible workflow.

  • Use the new tabs on the Notifications page to navigate your Inbox, drafts, templates, sent, and archived notifications.

File Library

  • Now, you can upload up to ten files at a time.

  • Files and folders are visible only if you have access to them.

  • Click the Watch icon Watch icon next to a file or folder to receive notifications about changes.

  • Click the name of a file or folder to view important details, such as the owner, last updated date, and access information in the page header.

  • On the new Active and Archived tabs, you can use whole words to search for files and folders.

  • With Modify access, you can archive and restore files and folders.

Enhancements

  • As an administrator, you can use the new text editor to create formatted announcements with links to additional resources, such as folders in the File Library, websites, and registration forms.

  • With the appropriate permissions on the Accounts page, you can perform these actions with groups.

    • Use Add Members to import accounts.

    • Use Verify Credentials to verify the occupation status for accounts with valid credentials.

  • After sending a request through the Contact Us form, a note appears to confirm it was sent. Click Ok to refresh the form.

  • As a Client Admin with access to the Settings page, you can do these actions.

    • Filter settings based on whether they are the default or configured options.

    • Enter the email addresses to which Contact Us emails are sent.
