New Features

Enhancements

Background Check Improvements

  • The ability to manually change the status of your own account (Manual/Automatic) has been removed in all places where it occurred in CORES RMS.

  • The job frequency of background checks has been updated to one hour. Expiring background check emails are sent once a day.

  • Automatic background checks have only two statuses available for manual change:

    • Complete: Denied

    • Complete: Clear

  • Restrictions to run background checks based on status (Automatic) have been removed. All statuses except Form Incomplete allow you to run background checks.

Increased Character Limit

The character limit for the following medical history fields have been increased to 500 characters:

  • Description field for allergies "if any, describe serious allergies"

  • Description field for special needs or disabilities "if any, describe special needs or disabilities"

Profile Completion Updates

The field Are you over the age of 18? is no longer a required field for profile completion.

Verification Improvements

Improvements have been made to the verification process, allowing submitted NURSYS licenses to receive a Pending/Processing status while the license is pending instead of failing, as it did before. License verification is run every hour and Processing/Pending licenses are re-sent, allowing them to obtain the latest status from JAS.

Resolutions

  • Resolved an issue where NURSYS license numbers were sent to JAS with redundant symbols, which caused issues during license processing.

  • Resolved an issue where TRAIN integration was present in all client environments, even when not deployed through Configuration Services.

  • Resolved an issue where Organization Admins not allowed to manage organizations also could not manage missions for that organization.

  • Resolved an issue where Local Admins could view and update all accounts through the Screenings Dashboard page, even if they did not have the correct permissions to do so.

  • Resolved an issue where updating a Profile's organization membership settings did not save after refresh. The updates are now saved correctly and display in the Membership tab after the page has been refreshed.
