Enhancements
Accessibility Improvements (ADA Review)
The existing accessibility capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing updates to support ADA Title II requirements and WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
Updates have been made to improve navigation, usability with assistive technologies, and overall accessibility across the application. These improvements provide a more consistent and accessible user experience.
Volunteer Age Field
The existing volunteer profile capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing automatically calculated Age and Age Range fields.
When a Date of Birth is entered, the system now automatically calculates and displays the volunteer’s age and corresponding age range. You can also include these fields when exporting account data.
Expanded Reports Capabilities
The existing reporting capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing a new Notification Usage report and enhancing existing reports.
You can now view notification statistics and response counts by distribution channel using the Notification Usage report. Existing reports have also been updated to include date range filters, audience filters, and additional columns for more detailed reporting.
For more information about reports usage, refer to View Reports and Report Data.
Account Filter Improvements
The existing account filtering capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing additional search criteria and enhanced filtering options.
You can now search for users by Date of Birth. Background check and training filters have been improved to provide more accurate results. You can also identify users who have never logged in.
For more information about account filters, refer to Filter Accounts and All Filters Reference.
Audit Tracking Capabilities
The existing audit capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing a new Audit feature and associated permission.
Client Administrators can now view audit logs to track user activity within the system. Audit logs include visibility into actions such as viewing medical history in account records.
Background Check Export Improvements
The existing background check export capabilities have been expanded and improved to ensure consistency of exported data.
When exporting background check fields from the Accounts page, the data now aligns with the values displayed in the Screenings Dashboard. You can now see accurate consent and status values in exported results.
ECL Visibility Improvements
The existing Emergency Credential Level (ECL) visibility has been expanded and improved to provide broader access across user roles.
You can now view ECL values for any account that you have permission to access. Organization administrators and users can also view ECL information associated with their roles where applicable.
Resolutions
-
