New Features
Archive Management
A new archive and deletion lifecycle has been introduced for accounts, organizations, groups, and badges.
Administrators can now move inactive records to an Archive tab, removing them from active workflows while preserving historical information and the ability to restore them when needed. This enhancement helps organizations maintain cleaner account and resource lists, improves system organization, and provides greater flexibility for managing inactive records across the application.
For more information about archiving, refer to Manage an Account, Manage an Organization, Manage Group Details, and Manage Badges.
Transfer Members
A new Transfer Members feature has been added to simplify organization membership management.
Administrators can now transfer members from one organization to one or more organizations through a bulk action. Membership roles and statuses are preserved during the transfer process, helping streamline organizational management and reduce administrative effort when reorganizing memberships.
For more information about transferring members, refer to Manage Organization Members.
Mission Templates
Administrators can now create, manage, and share mission templates to store reusable mission information. Mission templates can be used to launch new missions with pre-populated details, contact information, volunteer settings, files, and sharing permissions. Template information remains editable before the mission is launched.
For more information about mission templates, refer to Create Mission Template and Manage Mission Templates.
Shift Templates
Administrators can now create and manage shift templates to store reusable shift information, including positions, check-in addresses, contact information, permissions, and sharing settings. Shift templates can be used when adding shifts to a mission, with template information pre-populated and editable before the shift is created.
For more information about shift templates, refer to Create Shift Template and Manage Shift Templates.
Enhancements
Account Badge Creation
Administrators can now create account badges directly from the Badges tab on the account profile. This enhancement eliminates the need to navigate to the Accounts page or the Badges menu to create an account badge.
For more information about badge creation on account you profile, refer to Edit Account Information.
File Library Anonymous Access
Authorized users can now enable anonymous access for individual files and generate a shareable link that allows users to access file content without signing in. Shared file links remain consistent when new file versions are uploaded, simplifying the distribution and maintenance of publicly available documents. Access can be revoked at any time by disabling anonymous access for the file.
For more information about the file library, refer to File and Folder Access.
Default Organization Membership Status
We have expanded and improved the existing organization membership capabilities by allowing configuration of the default status assigned to new organization memberships.
This provides greater flexibility for organizations that use custom membership approval and onboarding workflows.
Contact your CSM or the Juvare Support Center to set or change your default membership status.
For more information about organization membership status, refer to Organization Statuses.
Application Branding Enhancements
The existing application branding capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing additional logo and browser tab icon configuration options.
There are separate logos for the Login page and Home page, providing greater flexibility in how organizational branding is displayed throughout the application. Support for custom Browser tab icons has also been added, allowing organizations to further align the application experience with their branding requirements.
Application logos can only be set or changed by a Juvare Admin. Contact your CSM or Juvare Support to request new or updated application logos.
For more information about configuring the application branding logo and icon, refer to Application Branding.
Occupation and Credential Management
The existing occupation management capabilities have been expanded and improved to preserve applicable credential information when an occupation is updated.
When a user's occupation is changed, credentials that are shared between the previous and new occupation are retained, reducing the need to re-enter credential information. This helps streamline profile maintenance while ensuring credential records remain aligned with occupation requirements.
For more information about occupation management, refer to Edit Account Information.
Training Filter Improvements
The existing account filtering capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing additional training filter options.
Administrators can now identify accounts that do not have any training courses associated with their profiles. This helps when searching for users and supports training compliance, outreach, and reporting activities.
For more information about training filters, refer to All Filters Reference.
Organization Filter Improvements
The existing organization filtering capabilities have been expanded and improved by implementing location availability filtering.
Administrators can now filter organizations based on whether location information is available or unavailable. This helps identify organizations that may require location data updates and supports improved map-based functionality and reporting.
For more information about organization filters, refer to All Filters Reference.
Home Page Enhancements
The existing Home page capabilities have been expanded and improved by adding additional dashboard widgets.
The Pending Memberships and Notifications widgets are now available on the CORES RMS Home page, providing users with improved visibility into membership requests and notification activity directly from the dashboard.
For more information about Home page, refer to Navigate CORES RMS
Mission Position
The existing mission position management capabilities have been expanded and improved by displaying the number of qualified volunteers for a position.
When creating or editing a mission position, users can now view the number of volunteers who meet the configured position requirements. Select Refresh to update the qualified volunteer count after modifying the position criteria.
For more information about mission positions, refer to Manage Mission Positions and Add a Shift to a Mission.
Account History Improvements
The History Details dialog now displays the associated occupation for credential verification activities and the associated organization name for organization membership activities. This additional information helps users identify the records affected by account updates when reviewing history in the account's History tab.
For more information about account history, refer to Edit Account Information.
Account Audit Tag
Account history entries are now more consistently categorized across supported account profile sections, making it easier to filter and locate specific account activities using Audit Tags.
For more information about audit tags, refer to Edit Account Information.
Report Permission Improvements
The existing Reporting capabilities have been expanded and improved by applying entity-level permissions to report data.
Reports now display data based on the user's assigned permissions. Local administrators can view report data only for the accounts, groups, missions, and shifts they are authorized to access.
For more information about reports, refer to View Reports and Report Data.
