Admin View Landing Pages and Tabs
The main menu’s icons allow you to access features and functions grouped by landing pages into tabs. Tabs provide better context for the functions found within each landing page. For example, as you work in the Groups tab, you can see that Users, Positions, and Sessions are also managed from the Accounts landing page.
Your administrator type and position control the icons that display in the main menu.
Administrator types include:
-
Full administrator
An account type with access to all features and functions in the Admin View.
-
Partial administrator
An account type with access to a configurable subset of administrative features, set via an admin profile., used with admin profiles -
Sub-administrator
An account type that manages a subset of users, positions, and groups within an organization., used with organizations
Tabs appear in logical order. The most common tasks appear first. For example, tasks related to managing users are more commonly used than those available for Sessions.
