Build a Board Quick Start

Follow these steps to quickly build and publish a board that collects data.

A publish profile Configuration that deploys boards and forms to one or more WebEOC environments in a named sequence of steps. must exist before you can create a board. See Add Board Publish Profiles.

Step 1: Create the Board

1. Go to Board Gallery and click + Create Board.

2. Enter the board's name, select a publish profile, and enter an optional description.

3. Define an Input view and table.

Step 2: Open the Board Workspace

• Open in Design mode.

Step 3: Design the Input View

1. Drag and drop components onto the canvas.

2. Configure components to capture data.

Step 4: Add Additional Views

1. Create a List View (for viewing records).

2. Create optional Details and Delete views.

Step 5: Configure & Test

1. Adjust settings, filters, and layout.

2. Preview across device types.

Step 6: Publish the Board

Publish to WebEOC.
